Our Mission
Our mission is to support and promote the teachings of Kyabje Pema Rigtsal Rinpoche and Namkha Khyung Dzong, foster unity among alumni, conserve Buddhist heritage, preserve the environment, and engage in humanitarian efforts.
Our Visions
- Spiritual Legacy: Upholding and propagating the teachings of Kyabje Pema Rigtsal Rinpoche and supporting the mission and values of Namkha Khyung Dzong Monastery,
thereby fostering spiritual growth and understanding.
- Unity: Fostering unity among alumni, promoting collaboration, supporting each other, and collective efforts towards common goals.
- Cultural and Linguistic Preservation: Preserving and promoting the rich heritage of Himalayan language and culture, ensuring that traditions, customs, and linguistic nuances
are cherished and passed on to future generations.
- Buddhist Heritage Conservation: Safeguarding and promoting the diverse aspects of Buddhist heritage, including sacred sites, artefacts, teachings, and practices, thereby fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of the Buddhist tradition throughout the
- Environmental Stewardship: Advocating for wildlife and forest conservation, recognizing the interconnectedness of all life forms and the importance of preserving natural ecosystems for present and future generations.
- Humanitarian Endeavours: Extending support to education, health, and disaster- relief
